Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Maryland SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-focused team environment
