Overview
Our small but rapidly growing residential remodeling and deck building company is looking for a full time Office administrative assistant to work with us at our office in North Branch, MN.
Duties
Duties would include things such as
answering all incoming calls,
gathering information from homeowners about their remodeling projects,
scheduling estimates for them,
managing leads that come into the company through various marketing venues,
managing residential remodeling projects and staying on top of timelines,
doing paperwork for construction permits and sometimes going to the cities to apply for or pick up permit paperwork,
working directly with the homeowners and contractors and giving updates on projects,
putting together daily schedules,
putting together paperwork and filing,
accounting, billing and data entry,
and helping with organizational tasks. Some background in residential remodeling or construction is very helpful.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates should be professional, friendly, dependable, responsible, organized and most importantly have excellent customer service and communication skills.
This is a full time position. Hours would be 8-4, Monday – Friday.
Pay will be $26.00/ Hour to start based on experience with opportunity for raises, bonuses and advancement based on performance.
