The Microsoft Dynamics Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role balances hands on technical leadership with people management, overseeing a cross functional team of developers, business analysts, and QA testers to deliver high quality, complex business aligned solutions.
The Team Lead acts as a technical authority, mentor, and delivery owner—ensuring solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities.

What will you do:
Technical Leadership
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions utilizing best practices
- Serve as hands‑on technical lead, contributing to development in C#, including plugins, integrations, and custom services
- Ensure best practices in solution design, performance, security, and scalability
- Oversee software solution lifecycle management, including development, testing & production environments; deployments; and upgrades
- Designing, developing and configuring Dynamics 365 environments, serving as the subject matter expert
- Responsible for the timely, comprehensive resolution of user submitted tickets related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems
Team & Delivery Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of seven resources including developers, business analysts, and QA testers
- Plan and assign work, monitor delivery progress, and ensure predictable execution
- Establish and enforce development standards, code review practices, and QA processes
- Support career development, performance feedback, and skill building across the team
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective CRM solutions
- Partner with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and technically feasible
- Balance delivery speed with quality, maintainability, and long‑term platform health
Quality & Governance
- Ensure testing standards are followed, and solutions meet acceptance criteria before release
- Manage technical debt and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Support production issues, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
What you should have:
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience leading or supervising cross‑functional teams, including developers, BAs, and QA
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET and Javascript for CRM development (plugins, services, integrations)
- Experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end CRM solutions
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices
- Experience with web resources, deployment pipelines and solution management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences including executive and senior leaders
- Undergraduate degree in a technical major such as Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Nice if you also have:
- Experience with custom PCF/Fluent UI Controls
- Demonstrated experience with Power Automate, Power Apps
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and CRM solution deployment strategies
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Field Service mobile app
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Project manager mindset and proactive follow through

Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Annually
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience & location.
