Metallurgical Technician
Engel Metallurgical Ltd. is seeking a motivated Metallurgical Technician to assist with materials testing, failure analysis, and laboratory projects under the supervision of experienced professional engineers.
This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and learning how products and materials perform in real-world applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform materials testing and laboratory evaluations
- Assist with failure analysis investigations and report preparation
- Support engineering and manufacturing process evaluations
- Help maintain laboratory quality standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Technical background in metallurgy, materials science, manufacturing, mechanical technology, or related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
