SFCC provides life insurance equivalent to the employee’s annual salary (rounded up to the nearest $1,000). Example: $44,432 rounds to $45,000.

Leave Benefits
There is no waiting period to begin using accrued sick or vacation time.
Vacation Accrual- Full-time Employees:

4 hours per pay period: 0–5 years

5 hours per pay period: 6–15 years

Maximum accrual cap: 160 hours
- Faculty are not eligible for vacation due to built-in contractual time off but have access to 2 personal days/year.
Sick Leave Accrual- Full-time Employees:-

SFCC Tuition Waiver:
