- Coordinate and arrange service-related appointments while maintaining an organized schedule
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text regarding appointment details and service updates
- Maintain accurate records and customer information within company systems
- Work closely with Service, Operations, and Production teams to ensure timely completion of service requests
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Track customer satisfaction feedback and assist with post-service follow-up communications
- Monitor scheduling changes and proactively adjust calendars as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects that support departmental objectives
