Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Radar Toys Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to meet and exceed the shopping experience we aim to acheive.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and POS system oversight.
- Implement employee orientation programs, conduct interviews for hiring new staff, and participate in recruiting efforts to build a talented team.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a friendly shopping environment.
- Monitor sales data, manage budgets, and perform bookkeeping tasks to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Supervise shift schedules, manage payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Proven management experience in retail or related industries with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales management including merchandising, stock control, pricing strategies, and operational management.
- Knowledge of retail math principles such as budgeting, sales analysis, and inventory control is essential.
- Previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment like grocery or toy stores is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
