La Fragancia is a luxury fragrance retailer located in the San Francisco Premium Outlets. We specialize in designer and niche fragrances and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
We're looking for an energetic, dependable, and sales-driven bilingual (English/Spanish) team member who enjoys helping customers, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in their work.
If you love sales, enjoy talking with people, and want the opportunity to earn commission on top of your hourly wage, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build relationships with customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
- Assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and daily store operations.
- Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours.
Preferred:
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Experience working toward sales goals or earning commission.
- Fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, luxury retail, or boutique experience is a plus—but we're happy to train the right person.
