The Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within an organization. This role requires effective coordination across cross-functional teams, robust project controls, and consistent stakeholder communication. The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget , while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans , including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Lead cross-functional project teams from initiation to completion, assigning tasks and providing direction.
Monitor and adjust project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Assemble and motivate cross-functional teams.
Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
Create and manage project budgets , ensuring expenses are tracked and controlled.
Define and manage project scope , documenting and communicating changes as necessary.
Serve as the primary liaison with project stakeholders , providing regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation , including status reports, change logs, and closure reports.
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other PM methodologies .
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments .
