40:31 Rehab & Wellness wants to add a speech therapist to our fabulous team. We are a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient facility providing play-based specialty services to the children and families of Muskogee and Tulsa Counties. We have two clinic locations, with both sites offering full and part-time therapy positions. We currently work under the DIR/Floortime treatment model, which is a child-led and play-based approach to care. While experience using this model is preferred, on-the-job training can be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on improving communication skills and speech clarity.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support patient progress.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for home practice.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Proficient in speech therapy techniques and patient assessment
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech
- Experience in pediatric therapy and early intervention programs
- Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care practices

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
