We are currently seeking an individual with experience as a service technician.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions
- Maintenance & service repairs within safety guidelines for customers
- Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork
- Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Must be able to work individually while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Communicating efficiently with management, dispatch, and the customer to ensure overall success of the company
- Keeping accurate invoices and time sheets
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Friendly, personable and responsible team player
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Must have tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
We service all areas in San Diego, Riverside and Los Angeles
