What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience
- Hybrid schedule: Client sites as needed, in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday

What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements
- Prepare and review financial statements and related workpapers
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Collaborate with clients and provide exceptional service throughout engagements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies through technology
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4–6 years of progressive audit experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting
- Experience leading audit engagements from planning through completion
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Supervisory experience and a passion for coaching and developing staff
- Proficiency with audit software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing certification
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
