Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Lighthouse ABA Therapy in a school-based role. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for students with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress in communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors, empowering students to reach their full potential.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify students’ needs and strengths.
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and families to ensure consistency across settings.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and paraprofessionals supporting student interventions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards.
- Participate in intake processes for new students and conduct ongoing patient assessments to refine treatment strategies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology or Special Education.
- 1+ Year Experience.
- Active BCBA certification.
Pay: $85.00 - $110.00 per hour
