In this dynamic role, you will craft stunning hairstyles, provide expert hair care advice, and deliver exceptional customer service that keeps clients coming back. Whether working with hair coloring, extensions, or styling, you’ll play a vital part in helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty
Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and provide expert recommendations on hair care routines, products, and treatments
Apply hair extensions, and utilize techniques such as balayage or highlights to achieve customized results
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to health regulations
Operate salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue
Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling client communication professionall.
Experience
Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Hairdresser or Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
Knowledge of salon software systems for efficient appointment booking and client management
Skilled in hair coloring techniques based on color theory principles for vibrant or subtle results
Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to salons to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration.
