Overview
Next Level Medical Solutions is a growing, nurse practitioner-owned medical practice specializing in medical weight loss, wellness, IV hydration, vitamin injections, and non-invasive body contouring with the T-Shape system. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated RN or LPN to join our team as we continue to expand our services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing exceptional care, and is excited to learn new skills in wellness and body contouring. No prior body contouring experience is required—we provide paid training.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for appointments and treatments.
- Obtain vital signs, medical histories, body measurements, and before-and-after photographs.
- Perform T-Shape body contouring and skin tightening treatments after completing paid training.
- Administer IV hydration therapy, vitamin injections, and other wellness services according to provider orders and scope of practice.
- Assist with medical weight loss appointments, including GLP-1 patient follow-up visits, patient education, medication administration, and monitoring for side effects, as directed.
- Educate patients on treatment expectations, aftercare instructions, nutrition, hydration, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment in accordance with infection control standards and manufacturer protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming, professional patient experience.
- Assist with scheduling, patient follow-up, inventory management, and other clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience starting peripheral IVs is strongly preferred.
- Experience in medical weight loss, wellness, primary care, infusion therapy, or aesthetics is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient education skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a growing practice.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and technologies.
About the Position
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys variety. Responsibilities will include supporting our medical weight loss program, administering IV hydration and wellness treatments, providing vitamin injections, and performing T-Shape body contouring treatments after training. As our practice continues to grow, there will be opportunities to expand responsibilities and develop additional skills.

Schedule
- Approximately 1–3 days per week initially
- Some evening and Saturday availability (optional)
- Additional hours may become available as the practice grows
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
