Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate resident care while working independently and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Schedule: Variable Nights | 12-hour shifts
Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule Type: Block Schedule
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Charting: PointClickCare
Facility Census: Approximately 45 residents
Staffing: Typically one nurse in the building at a time
IV Certification: Preferred
Requirements
Current LPN license
Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
IV Certification preferred.
Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
