Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. There will be both Hosting shifts and Food Running shifts.The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully before serving to guests.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism, providing exceptional guest services and guest relations.
- Utilize Toast POS system for order tracking and communication as needed.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the service process.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette when handling guest inquiries or reservations is a plus.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
