We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility in Anaheim, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving census growth, and maintaining high standards of resident care.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
Lead and develop department heads and facility staff
Manage budgeting, financial performance, and P&L
Maintain survey readiness and lead successful inspections
Drive census growth and quality outcomes
Foster a positive environment for residents, families, and staff
Partner with ownership and executive leadership
✔ Active California Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
✔ Proven experience leading a skilled nursing facility
✔ Strong knowledge of Title 22, CMS, and survey process
✔ Demonstrated success in operations and financial management
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
