Lead Pressman – Sheetfed Offset. We’re not running old equipment—and we’re not looking for average operators. C&D Printing and Packaging is an established, high-quality printing plant hiring a high-level Pressman to run a Komori sheetfed press. If you know how to push a press efficiently, hold tight color, and minimize downtime, we want to talk. This is a key role for a skilled operator who takes pride in quality, efficiency, and consistency. Responsibilities: Set up and operate Komorisheetfed press. Maintain color accuracy and consistency throughout runs. Work with a variety of substrates including paperboard and specialty stocks. Troubleshoot press issues and maintain uptime. Follow job tickets and quality control standards. Requirements: 3+ years sheetfed offset press experience (LED UV preferred), Strong understanding of color, ink systems, and coatings.
