Job description:
Manufacturing Company is seeking a team member who will be responsible for performing day-to-day customer service tasks, answering customer Calls and emails, Processing sales orders, and ensuring all pertinent information is corresponded correctly.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Process and print Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Confirm all information between customer POs and our SOs (item SKU, shipping method, quantities, and pricing) is correct.
- Provide printouts of sales orders to manufacturing and sign the log sheet.
- Answer customer calls with various injuries (Order status, Product questions).
- Answer customer emails about various injuries (Order status, Product questions).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Fluent in English and can communicate verbally and in writing.
- Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with (ERP) systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
