Job Summary
The Neurology Center is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to join our team in Carlsbad. The ideal candidate will lead our clinical operations. The candidate must have strong ethics and leadership qualities and some relevant experience in a clinical setting.
Duties
- Perform routine Medical Assistant duties as needed
- Oversee the completion of assigned staffs daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Ensure staff are compliant with TNC and JCO policies at all times
- Oversee the clinics Medical Assistants and Pain Department staff
- Collaborate with other clinic management to ensure daily operations run smoothly
- Order supplies as needed
- Train staff as needed
Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program and/or 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, office, or surgery center setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
