Wildacre Rotisserie is a fast casual rotisserie restaurant located in the heart of Cos Cob, CT. We are inspired by the beauty and bounty of California, with a mission to nourish and support our community with delicious food every day. Our rotisserie entrees, salads, sides and sauces are prepared in-house from scratch, and we’re always looking for new ways to support our community of customers, partners, and employees.
About the Position
We are seeking qualified candidates for our front of house cashier position to fill the role immediately!
Qualifications
- You have at restaurant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (quick service or fast casual restaurant experience preferred.
- You are passionate about making and serving high-quality, delicious food.
- You collaborate with other team members to maintain a welcoming, fun, and safe work environment for everyone.
- You obsess about the customer experience and take action to ensure every customer is satisfied.
- You are action-oriented, correcting mistakes and finding creative solutions.
- You are fair and polite, seeking the good in others and assuming positive intent.
- You have excellent communication skills, as well as strong emotional and social intelligence.
- The ability to perform physical requirements of the position (the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds).
