Full time Superintendent/Project Manager
We are a growing firm producing a high end custom residential product. We are looking for a candidate that wants to learn, grow, and enjoys the challenges of true custom building.
- Manage daily scheduling needs for multiple construction projects
- Keep clean and orderly job sites
- Communicate with clients on a daily/weekly basis regarding status of work and any changes they might want/desire
- Photograph and document construction progress using Buildertrend
- Maintain and ensure product delivery is on budget and on schedule
- Quality control checks for all work performed and delivered
- Good attitude and desire to please
