A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist with certification (CCC) to provide telespeech services in an educational setting located in Florence, AZ. This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 55 students, including 17 students identified with Speech or Language Impairment (SLI). The student population ranges from general education classrooms to self-contained settings, requiring adaptive and specialized communication approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive telespeech therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess and support speech and language development for a diverse student group.
- Collaborate remotely with educators and support staff to implement effective communication strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for each student.
- Work alongside a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Proven experience providing speech-language therapy in school settings.
