We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet House Manager. This role is designed for a dynamic professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between our fast-paced business operations and a busy household. The ideal candidate will possess the executive function to manage a high-net-worth estate alongside the emotional intelligence and energy required to oversee a successful family enterprise. You will act as the central "air traffic controller" for all domestic operations, ensuring the household runs with corporate efficiency while maintaining a warm, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Household Operations & Vendor Management
- Vendor Coordination: Source, vet, schedule, and oversee all domestic vendors (e.g., landscapers, housekeepers, security, pool service).
- Property Maintenance and Renovation Project Management: Bridges the gap between daily operations and long-term asset management.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, update, and maintain a digital "Household Manual" detailing all home systems, preferences, emergency contacts, and daily routines.
- Smart Home & Security: Manage high-end home automation systems (lighting, audio, security) and coordinate with private security protocols as needed.
2. Logistics & Routine Management
- Schedule Synchronization: Manage and align schedules.
- Team Oversight: Collaborate with and ensure consistency in routines.
- Event Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-end gatherings and seasonal family milestones.
3. Executive Administration & Business-to-Home Support
- Calendar Management: Synchronize the principal’s corporate calendars with family commitments to eliminate scheduling conflicts.
- Travel Coordination: Pack, inventory, and arrange complex travel logistics (commercial or private aviation) for the family.
- Expense Tracking: Manage household credit cards, approve vendor invoices, track budgets, and compile monthly expense reports for the family’s business accountants.
- Errands & Provisioning: Oversee premium grocery sourcing, personal shopping, dry cleaning, and general household provisioning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a House Manager, Family Assistant, or Executive Assistant for high-profile, high-net-worth (HNW), or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families.
- Discretion: Absolute commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and non-disclosure (signing a comprehensive NDA is mandatory).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in digital organization tools to streamline communication between the business office and the home.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm, direct, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Driving: Clean driving record required.
- Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a rigorous, comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug screening.
Pay: From $25.79 per hour
