A family-operated manufacturing facility in Euclid, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated 1st shift Maintenance Technician to join our team.
We operate on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
We are searching for a dependable individual eager to develop their professional skills and advance within our stable organization.
Our team needs a skilled industrial mechanic or millwright to support our preventative maintenance efforts, handle equipment repairs, and contribute to major facility projects.
Core Responsibilities

Help ensure operational efficiency by dismantling, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing diverse machinery including pumps, motors, electrical controls, blasting units, and cranes.

Manage the installation and upkeep of facility electrical systems, natural gas lines, and compressed air infrastructure.

Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on designated plant equipment to minimize downtime.

Document all maintenance activities by completing written records and maintaining accurate logs.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematic drawings to guide repair work.

Support the reliability of hydraulic and pneumatic systems throughout the plant.

Perform pipe threading, soldering, and copper brazing as required for facility maintenance.

Utilize Voltmeters and Amp meters to effectively test and diagnose electrical circuits.

Fabricate necessary replacement components to keep production moving.
Employment Details
This role begins as a contract position with the intent to transition to permanent status after roughly 90 days. Upon permanent hire, you will be eligible for benefits including medical coverage, paid holidays, a 401K plan, and the RTA Commuter Advantage Program.
