For recent graduates interested in an apprenticeship:

Learn to set-up, run and complete various custom jobs for clients using highly sophisticated Bindery and Print equipment.

Support Operations area as Helper ensuring machine areas are clean and safe; work safely and efficiently at all times.

Be available to support all areas of production as needed, as a team we work cross-functionally.

Demonstrate a flexible, helpful, and proactive and positive approach to work and solve problems.
Position is 1st shift, 7 am – 3 pm with potential for overtime and weekends.
Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to run a machine

Demonstrated work ethic and interest in learning

Ability to work well in a group or individually
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High school diploma, general education (GED) or equivalent
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

Standing up to 8 hours per day

Lift/Pull up to 35 lbs

Manufacturing facility with constant noise from machines running

Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception

Must be able to pass a background and drug test
