Responsibilities:
- Perform stud framing, finish carpentrty and other carpentry tasks
- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials
- Install doors, windows, and hardware
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork
- Assist with restoration projects
- Perform caulking and construction painting as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Experience in framing, finish, restoration carpentry, demo, etc.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of residential construction and repair
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Experience in construction is a plus
- People skills are a plus.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
