Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Floor Lead to oversee evening warehouse operations. This role is responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates while ensuring efficient picking, packing, receiving, and truck loading/unloading activities. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support warehouse associates during evening operations
- Coordinate and oversee order picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Receive incoming inventory and ensure accurate processing
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Pull and stage materials for production and customer orders
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and productivity throughout the warehouse
- Communicate effectively with designers, producers, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Train, coach, and assist team members as needed
- Monitor quality standards and ensure deadlines are met
- Follow and enforce warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment required
- Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with picking, packing, receiving, inventory handling, and truck loading/unloading
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
