Purchasing/Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing/Logistics Coordinator to assist the warehouse team as needed and oversee supply chain operations, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the smooth flow of materials for our projects. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all shipping activities, including tracking materials & intentory to and from project destinations.
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations and contract evaluations.
- Ensure an optimal flow of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Oversee inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices.
- Collaborate with customs agencies to facilitate smooth international shipments.
- Address and resolve supplier-related complaints and discrepancies.
- Maintain internal system records and oversee inventory controls.
- Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of international experiance in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Technical knowledge in electrical components is a plus.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Office 365, and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central).
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers.
