Job Summary
No experience needed, as we will train you, but having fun is necessary! A behavior technician works and plays with children of all ages with autism spectrum disorder in their home, implementing goals created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities
- Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide feedback on client progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
