THE CHIMNEY TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You must be able to work Monday through Friday, either from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and meet the following:

Valid driver's license

Excellent work ethic, reliability, and commitment to giving your best

Comfort working at heights and outdoors in various types of weather

Ability to lift and carry 80+ lbs.

Ability to work overtime during the peak season as needed

Ability to serve homes throughout Fairfield and New Haven Counties

Clear communication skills and a customer service mindset
Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of construction or related hands-on experience

Sales experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Our Chimney Technician is responsible for:

Traveling to customers' homes throughout the area and providing professional customer service

Inspecting, diagnosing, cleaning, and maintaining chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer vents

Repairing chimneys and completing some masonry work as needed
-
Accurately installing new components, including chase covers
-
Explaining service options to customers and recommending additional upgrades/services when appropriate

Safely working on rooftops, ladders, and elevated surfaces
