Job Description: National Glass is a glazing company seeking a motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that spans project coordination, sales support, and customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business. The position also offers the opportunity to earn commission based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring all projects adhere to agreed frameworks and that documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of project documentation, including contracts, quotes, and work orders.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing enquiries and providing regular updates on project status.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries, qualify leads, and follow up with prospective clients to support the sales process.
- Prepare and issue customer quotes and proposals, following up to convert enquiries into confirmed work.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and project progress using company systems.
- Utilise project management and CRM software for tracking schedules, updating project data, and managing the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination, administration, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional approach to client interaction.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM software is a plus.
- A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership of their work.
- Experience in the glazing, construction, or building trades industry is advantageous but not essential.
