Summary:
- Leads the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care units.
- Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability care for assigned patients.
- Extends the services of physicians by providing assessment and management of patient care in the hospital setting.
- Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
