Jersey Mike’s Subs is looking for a General Manager at a new location opening up this summer in the Clermont / Four Corners area.

Basic Requirements :
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well with a team of crew members
- Capability to learn skills quickly
- Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
- Food service experience is a plus (although not required)
- Has the ability to lead
- Thrive in the Jersey Mike’s process
Keep in Mind our Managers also need to :
- Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems before they affect the brand.
- Supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours.
- Work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities.
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to motivate and improve all employees.
- Analyze business performance, monitor controllable costs, and initiate appropriate actions when necessary.
- Ensure business and personnel practices are conducted according to state and federal laws and consistent with Jersey Mike’s policies and procedures.
- Uphold company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety of customer and employees.

We recognize the importance of compensation and are happy to discuss further. Please keep in mind that we are also aware of our market/competition and are respectively leading the area.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
