Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and people-focused Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR operations within our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Oversee performance evaluations and employee relations
Coordinate training and in-service programs
Handle investigations, unemployment claims, and exit interviews
Serve as liaison between staff, union representatives, and leadership
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
