Description:
To provide leadership in the development, implementation and coordination of the district’s curriculum and instruction.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey School Administrative Certificate with a supervisor endorsement.

Hold a standard teaching certificate, preferably in one of the supervised areas.

Hold a Master’s degree from an accredited institution (college or university).

Have a minimum of five years of teaching/administrative experience.

Have excellent administrative and/or teaching experience and work with students.

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate people.

Comprehensive knowledge of Career and Technical Education and English Language Arts.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of curriculum development and program evaluation, child growth, and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management information retrieval, visual and audio presentations, and telecommunications.

Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Meets the health qualifications required of all personnel.

Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment.
