What You'll Do
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are the first and most important connection in our sales process. You don't just answer phones—you create opportunity.
- Make inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Engage homeowners with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams
- Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

What You Bring
- 2+ years of call center, customer service, or sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence building rapport over the phone
- Accurate data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Location & Schedule
This is an in-person position based in Wood Dale, IL.
- Up to 36 hours per week
- Weekend availability required
Available Schedules:
Day Shift
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
