Job Duties of a FLOATER DSP/CAREGIVER include:
-Third Shift availability falls between 3pm-7am (typically 8-12 hour shifts)
-Day shift availability falls between 7am-11pm
-Must have a good contact number and be available all days of the week
-Reliable transportation is a MUST
-2 guaranteed weekends off (every other) per month (SA-SU) with 1 scheduled weekday off (same day each week)
-Must have Certification for Medication Administration for Unlicensed Personnel or be willing to obtain (at our expense ASAP)
- Valid Driver License (ability to obtain F-endorsement after hire), use of company vehicle on duty for client's transportation needs
- Accurate Documentation to be done on a computer software programs and excellent communication skills

Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid TN Driver’s License (ability to obtain F-endorsement)
- Successfully pass Drug screening and Criminal Background Check

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:
- DSP: 1 year (Preferred)
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
