Southwest University is seeking a professional, outgoing, and highly motivated individual to join our Outreach & Recruitment team. This position serves as a representative of Southwest University at recruitment events, schools, community events, college fairs, and professional conferences.
This is a travel-intensive position requiring approximately 50% or more travel. Travel will include local and regional events as well as out-of-town conferences and recruitment opportunities. Candidates must be comfortable traveling frequently and representing Southwest University in professional settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Southwest University at conferences, college fairs, school visits, community events, and recruitment activities.
- Build professional relationships with prospective students, schools, organizations, and community partners.
- Present information about Southwest University programs, admissions, scholarships, and enrollment opportunities.
- Develop new outreach opportunities and community partnerships.
- Conduct presentations and engage with prospective students and groups.
- Coordinate and participate in outreach events, campus tours, and open houses.
- Maintain organized records of recruitment activities and prospective student contacts.
- Assist with transporting, setting up, and breaking down recruitment materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident presenting and networking in professional environments.
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Must be willing and able to travel 50% or more of the time, including out-of-town travel.
- Must have a flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and transport approximately 25–30 pounds of recruitment materials.

Pay: Up to $36,000.00 per year
