What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and assist with service needs
- Write repair orders and communicate service recommendations
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
- Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Handle warranty and maintenance documentation
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from check-in to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Service Writer or dealership experience required
- Powersports, motorcycle, marine, or automotive background preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and passion for the powersports industry
- Experience with dealership management systems is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
