Job Overview
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute promotional strategies, including Rollbacks, Flash Deals, and seasonal campaigns to increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on product launches, promotions, and brand visibility.
- Advertising & Marketing: Manage Walmart Connect advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands) to maximize ROAS.
- Operations & Inventory: Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, manage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), and ensure high in-stock rates and low aged-inventory.
- Relationship Management: Build partnerships with Walmart buyers to resolve issues, secure category growth and secure potential store opportunities.
- Account & Listing Optimization: Maintain Walmart Seller Center accounts, improving product detail pages with SEO-focused titles and images to boost conversion and search ranking.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in both 1P and 3P Walmart accounts ideally with store placement.
- Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce, specifically managing Walmart Marketplace and Walmart 1P.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in 1P and 3P Walmart portals and Walmart Connect.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, inventory trends, and ad performance to make actionable recommendations.
- Willing to travel for buyer meetings.
