As a Subway Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee daily operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and support team members during shifts

Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure a positive guest experience

Help ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked restaurant

Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations

Complete shift paperwork and ensure equipment is functioning properly
What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability
Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
