Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Representative to serve as a vital link between patients and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong medical administrative skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of electronic health records systems. In this role, you will manage patient interactions, facilitate appointment scheduling, handle medical documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations to deliver outstanding patient service.
Job Description:
● Delivery of all medications to appropriate locations.
● Scheduling doctor, dental, vision and procedures.
● Providing transportation or scheduling of transportation to and from
appointments.
● Monthly vital signs on all group home clients.
● Weekly weight on specified clients.
● Weekly blood pressure checks on specified clients.
● Completion of physician order sheets the day before appointment.
● Inventory of house stock medications and supplies.
● Inventory of specified clients medical supplies.
● Bagging up all medication after received from RN.
● Completion of monthly calendar for appointments.
● Medication Destruction.
● Any other task delegated by RN.
● Must be organized and possess the ability to develop scheduling systems.
● Must be proficient in Microsoft operating systems.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
