About the Opportunity
Lifeway Chiropractic & Wellness, recognized as one of Apple Valley's fastest growing clinics, is currently seeking a full-time patient front desk coordinator. This role offers 35 to 40 hours per week, with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.
Role Responsibilities
· Patient coordination and scheduling
· Answering phones and reception duties
· Patient check out and simple billing tasks (data entry)
· Assisting doctors with various tasks
· Light cleaning duties
· Supporting therapy department services, including some hours weekly learning and assisting in delivery of therapies.
· Helping with promoting the office and our brand, internal and external events, and helping create patient referrals.
· Multi-tasking across varied office functions
Qualifications and Skills
· Outgoing, extroverted personality and a genuine love of helping others
· Goal-driven with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives
· Strong working knowledge of social media platforms
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Familiarity with billing and scheduling software is a plus
· Experience with ChiroTouch software is highly beneficial
· Previous experience in chiropractic is preferred but not required
· Ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude
· Belief in chiropractic care and a natural approach to health
Compensation
Compensation is higher than average and will be based on experience.
