We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations of two residential homes supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is a leadership position responsible for staff supervision, compliance, medical coordination and overall program quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- Ensure compliance with PA 6400 regulations and agency policies
- Attend and coordinate medical appointments and medication oversight
- Complete required documentation, reports, and EOM paperwork
- Maintain household standards, safety and cleanliness
- Provide on-call support and cover shifts as needed
Requirements:
- Open availability required (no fixed schedule)
- Assigned to two homes
- Enrollment in NADSP FLS Certification required
- Experience in IDD or human services (supervisory experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass clearances
