TNT Agency is expanding and looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing team as Insurance & Investments Sales Representatives.
This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to develop their skills in sales, financial education, insurance, investments, and business development. No prior industry experience is required—training, mentorship, and support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and needs
- Educate clients on insurance and investment solutions
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Conduct virtual and in-person appointments
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Develop and manage your own client base
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
- For those interested in leadership, develop and train a team of representatives
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking with clients and prospects
- Willingness to obtain required insurance and/or investment licenses
- Must be able to meet applicable licensing and background-check requirements
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity. Compensation is based on individual production, with additional earning potential through leadership and team development. Earnings vary based on performance, experience, and time invested.
