Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of import operations (ocean shipments) from booking confirmation to final delivery.
- Work directly with customs brokers, port terminals, trucking companies, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Review and process documents such as ISF, Arrival Notice, Customs Clearance, and Delivery Orders.
- Coordinate with overseas agents and suppliers in English and Chinese.
- Resolve operational issues and find practical solutions to support customers efficiently.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. ( Visa Sponsorship can be considered)
- Import operations experience preferred (NVOCC/Freight Forwarder).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and logical thinking.
- Bilingual English & Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) – able to read, type, and speak fluently to communicate with clients and overseas offices.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Able to work onsite at Chino, CA.
