We are looking for a full-time Facilities Technician at our Manufactured Home Community. Our values are Community, Growth, Teamwork, and Execution. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-friendly, efficient, and has excellent attention to detail. This is a non-exempt position reporting directly to the Community Manager.
JOB DUTIES
- General maintenance and mobile home remodeling
- Basic electrical and plumbing
- Carpentry including deck construction, flooring, and framing
- Painting including drywall repair and prepping
- Basic appliance repair
- General Landscaping
- Masonry, Roofing, HVAC experience a plus
- Customer service
REQUIREMENTS
- Two years experience
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- Work indoors and outdoors, including the ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job
