Atlanta Midtown, Peachtree City.
Must work weekends. Base salary plus tips.
Job Description:
- Serve coffee drinks at coffee shop and outdoor markets
- Maintain food safety, and quality standards at all times
- Commit to company standards for food safety, personal safety, and quality.
- Be a good communicator and have positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service per company policies and culture.
- Maintain work space clean, organized, neat, and functional
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, customer orientation, are essential
- Must demonstrate ability to run a high end coffee shop
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Reliable commuting transportation
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma/GED or higher.
- Able to pull espresso shots consistently.
- Able to prepare full espresso menu drinks.
- Able to adhere to company's espresso policies.
- Prior food retail experience required.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel preferred.
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, detail oriented, and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug test
